Out of the 1,452 consumer complaints against Navy FCU, 20% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Navy FCU responded to their complaint) and 99% were processed in a timely manner. 6% of consumer complaints against Navy FCU resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 7% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

Navy FCU Consumer Loan taking out the loan or lease June 1, 2016 - Navy Federal Credit Union is still reporting my vehicle loan as late for 90 days. I paid this car off -/-/2014, so I am not late on this, and upon payment, they stated they would delete this off of my credit profile since I asked for this because derogatory information was showing on my profile. They performed a " bait and switch '' just to get my payment. I paid them in full, and they are reporting my account late. They need to remove this off of my credit profile or at least remove any late payment history they have for me.... |

Navy FCU Bank account or service making/receiving payments, sending money May 29, 2016 - I had an unauthorized transaction on my checking account and the bank said I should stop payment on my mortgage payment because with the unauthorized transaction the payment would have bounced. I was never told that it would last 30 days. But even after the 30 day period the stop payment was not lifted which they admitted was a bank error but because of that error it resulted in my last loan modification payment to bounce and for my home to go into foreclosure with additional charges and lawyers fees from the mortgage company... |
