Navy FCU consumers have reported over 15 official complaints related to Closing/Cancelling account. Out of the 15 consumer complaints against Navy FCU, 20% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Navy FCU responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 7% of consumer complaints against Navy FCU resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 0% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

Navy FCU Credit card closing/cancelling account July 22, 2016 - My issue is that my credit card account was frozen, and then closed. My checking line of credit account is frozen. My checking account was frozen ( It is current unfrozen, but the lack of response from the company leaves me little faith in them going forward ) I received no notice as to why this has occurred. I have sent in the documents I was asked to send in upon my calling their - and speaking to a front line Customer service representative. I have never been able to speak with or communicate with in any way the " person '' who is supposedly asking for these documents. Time line and even... |
