NFCU conducted the following practices during the timeframe listed : 1. Falsely threatened me with legal action and wage garnishment through verbal telephone communication and written correspondences. 2. Falsely threatened to my contact commanding officer to pressure me to make payment to my delinquent account. 3. The agent worked in collections for Navy Federal Credit Union. The agent advised me that I would need to repay this check. I informed her that I also had lost out on this project and if it would be okay to make payments to reduce my balance. She said that this was okay so I paid - on -/-/2016. Navy FCU Bank account or service making/receiving payments, sending money May 29, 2016 - I had an unauthorized transaction on my checking account and the bank said I should stop payment on my mortgage payment because with the unauthorized transaction the payment would have bounced. I was never told that it would last 30 days. But even after the 30 day period the stop payment was not lifted which they admitted was a bank error but because of that error it resulted in my last loan modification payment to bounce and for my home to go into foreclosure with additional charges and lawyers fees from the mortgage company... |

When we called, the NFCU representative told us that our account had a negative balance. After inquiring why, they informed us that a check for $1500.00 had not cleared and bounced, so they were taking the money from our account. My credit card and ck-ing account were tapped out ; yet, I kept up my payments like clock work. When I mailed a postal money order to my local branch, they much later informed me that their post office box was robbed.
