Navy FCU Credit card department,
I have a checking, savings and credit card account with Navy Federal Credit Union. I failed to make a payment on my credit card and the credit union has locked me out of my account. I am not able to access my checking and savings account. From my understanding, Navy Federal is not permitted to participate in these practices.
