Closing/Cancelling account Hawaii
My issue is that my credit card account was frozen, and then closed. My checking line of credit account is frozen. My checking account was frozen ( It is current unfrozen, but the lack of response from the company leaves me little faith in them going forward ) I received no notice as to why this has occurred. I have sent in the documents I was asked to send in upon my calling their - and speaking to a front line Customer service representative. I have never been able to speak with or communicate with in any way the " person '' who is supposedly asking for these documents. Time line and events will be attached. ( too many characters. )
