Vehicle loan Taking out the loan or lease Virginia

Navy Federal Credit Union is still reporting my vehicle loan as late for 90 days. I paid this car off -/-/2014, so I am not late on this, and upon payment, they stated they would delete this off of my credit profile since I asked for this because derogatory information was showing on my profile. They performed a " bait and switch '' just to get my payment. I paid them in full, and they are reporting my account late. They need to remove this off of my credit profile or at least remove any late payment history they have for me.
