I called Navy Federal Credit Union, our bank and submitted a claim to reject the charges and have the money reinstated. Naturally, I also cancelled the card. I rarely use my debit card and pay for most things by my credit card. They have had excellent monitoring of my credit card. I was planning a trip - and notified them of my travel dates.
