Navy Federal Credit Union was sent a Cashier 's Check and mobile deposit cheques that have been dishonored and not processed, also said by - an agent of the credit union, that the mobile deposits were returned. For what reason was asked, and was told that the federal reserve board and the institution were it came from said the check was invalid, proceeded to ask for proof of that and was denied. As for the Cashier 's Check, sent on -/-/16, was informed by - that it was still processing, which should have been processed 2 to five business day for funds to be released. Through this period of trying to resolve the problem, a statement of account was asked to be sent to the credit union, it was complied with and sent through fax. After speaking with the agent, it was informed that the account is in overdraft of almost $ -- and that it is frozen for no access. - informed that the account will stay frozen which in no way able to perform a cure to the account.
