So as a compromise, I contacted Fifth Third Bank to settle the debt as paid and full if they deleted it from my credit report completely. The representative I spoke with agreed to settle and delete the account for $280.00. I wrote a check for the agreed amount along with a letter detailing our conversation. They received and cashed the check but did not report it correctly to the credit bureaus.... |

FDIC Credit card delinquent account January 3, 2017 - HC Processing continues to violate FCRA AND FDCPA because I asked them to stop reporting negative things in my credit reports because the " account is being disputed. '' After - days they still continued to make negative reports. They continued to call me at home and work even after I asked them to stop ; called me after - p.m. ; scared me telling me they were coming to my home to collect monies from me.... |
