I met with the customer service rep and manager who was very friendly and welcoming. I sought interest on a - - Journey and test drive the vehicle and everything was smooth. DriveTime Consumer loan problems when you are unable to pay December 4, 2015 - I am a person that has gotten a car loan wit DT Auto Credit. When my loan is a day late, they call me - times in a row. As of right now, my loan payment was due on - and they have called me a total of - times since - about my payment. Even when I tell them what day I am going to pay my payment, they proceed to call me sometimes a the next week to tell me that the information has been kicked out of their system. After being harassed the first time around the company still can not get it together. I had to put money in to my car which my warranty did not cover, I faxed all the information requested months ago for deferments which the people I spoke with several times had stated was approved.
