I had filed previously a complaint regarding my auto laon with Drive Time not appearing on my - credit report, complaint # -. On - Drive Time representative named - - responded by stating : " Due to complications with the reinstatement process, we determined that - - 's loan has not been reporting to -. We followed procedures previously determined by - to be adequate for reinstatement and believed that - - 's trade line had begun to report. Upon realization that his loan was not reporting, we contacted - and discussed alternative approaches for reinstatement, which have also been unsuccessful. We are currently working with - to reach an amicable resolution for - - in the reinstatement of his trade line. We have been in correspondence with - - in regard to this matter, and we will contact him with any updates as they are made available. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this matter may have caused. Once the complications with reinstatement have been resolved, - - 's trade line should begin to reflect on his - credit reporting within 30-60 days. '' I - - contacted - on -/-/-, to find out, my auto loan with Drive Time till this day does not appear on my - credit report. This issue has been going on between me and Drive Time since -/-/- when this issue was brought to my awareness. I brought it up to Drive Time on -/-/- and still remains unresolved.
