DriveTime Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt November 18, 2015 - Had a car repo in ( i think 2007 ) drive time called my brother in law told him there was a warrant for my arrest. Called me with this info, i returned call and it was a bill collecter. I advised i am on ssi -. Collecter said if i dont pay by tomorrow they will take me to court and garnish my ssi. ... |
