Good Afternoon, My name is - -, I am a United States - Veteran who has been attacked by the company DriveTime constantly calling my work place and harassing me over a car that was repossessed in -. A back story, after going through a very hard transition period getting back from -, I became homeless in - -. I called DriveTime and told them I could not make the payments as I could not even afford my rent payments. I told them to come pick up the car and gave them the address and location. That was 2 years ago, all I had on me at the time was a cell phone and as I was sleeping - I was still receiving countless calls at all hours over this car. I have been awarded a - rating of - through the department of veterans affairs and I finally got my life back together. I am now trying to purchase a home for me and my newly wedded wife and I can not because DriveTime has a collection on my credit account for -/-/- which is absolutely ridiculous. This is a false time frame and it is seriously impacting my


date for which this repossessed and they have yet to do so. It is clear through the Department of Veterans Affairs that this car was repossessed way before - - because I went to the Department of Veterans Affairs in - of - and they set me up at the - - and - - located at - where I was able to take showers etc. I was at fault for not being able to pay for the car but they took the car back, and I am still unable to live a life two years later because they have inaccurately and reaged my credit information. I would like this fixed.
