Vehicle lease Problems when you are unable to pay Nevada

I purchased a car from DriveTime now - in -/-/-. The car history that was giving to me showed no history of the car being in any accidents prior to me leasing the car. In -/-/-, -/-/- and -/-/- I lost my job and was searching for work. I stayed in contact with DriveTime of my situation and they helped me to get my payments deferred payments to the end of my loan. In -/-/- and -/-/- I fell on hard times as well and contacted DriveTime now - of the situation I was having with making my car payments. They once again were able to get my payments deferred to the end of my loan. Stating that the late payments would n't show on my credit report. As of today I have on my credit report both from -/-/- and -/-/- showing on my credit report which dropped my score down majorly. Just recently my car broke down and I no idea on the reason why because my car was in job shape and taking car of very well. When the car was sent to a dealership to get checked out they pulled my car history and it showed - accidents that were not on my original car history report. When I contacted - of what happened I got the run around and they wanted me to send copies of my bills that were spent due the repair of my car. They told me there was nothing that could do to the time of me having the car. When I told them about the false car history report that was giving to me the did n't acknowledge my complaint. Also when asked about my credit report being affected from misleading or false information they told me again there was nothing that could to me and that they would not remove or do anything with both situations I have had with them.
