DriveTime Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Texas
I have filed a previous complaint # -. I was instructed to take the vehicle to - for a diagnostic which I did. More problems were discovered, such as the ball joints and all the rust and MOLD on the inside of the vehicle which proves our claim it has been under water or water filled up the inside of the vehicle. The steel inside of the seats are COMPLETELY rusted!!!! I am being told that now they ( Drivetime ) are waiting on estimates to repair this. I told them I am not paying for anymore repairs ESPECIALLY when it confirms that this vehicle has been in water and is damaged which confirms why there have been so many repairs within the year! I had to pay for the diagnosis which I do not think is fair because they made me take it to them. I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT I PAID IN MY DOWN PAYMENT, PAYMENTS, AND REPAIR COSTS!!!! I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CONDUCT HONEST BUSINESS! They are continuing to give me the run around. And - - told me that Drivetime instructed them to send them a cost for repair but the advised them they do not repair interior. So they then ask for outside estimates. Why would we want a vehicle that has interior water damage???? That proves its been in water, we do not want this lemon!
