DriveTime Consumer loan department,
Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay South Carolina
I am a person that has gotten a car loan wit DT Auto Credit. When my loan is a day late, they call me - times in a row. As of right now, my loan payment was due on - and they have called me a total of - times since - about my payment. Even when I tell them what day I am going to pay my payment, they proceed to call me sometimes a the next week to tell me that the information has been kicked out of their system. When I ask to speak to a manager or a supervisor, they deny my request. I have call upwards of - times to attempt to get to a supervisor, and they either refuse to answer my calls and put me on hold or they refuse to give me a supervisor to talk with. This is an ongoing issue that stems from their model. It goes from if you situation or finances change, they do not help or negotiate with you to ensure that you are able to keep your vehicle, I have been told before that I did n't need to pay my rent but pay my car payment, I 've been threatened with having my vehicle repossessed when my payment is no more than five to ten days past due, and they only let you change your payment cycle once during the life time of the loan. The harassing phone calls are the worst as well as their rude customer service people from the number -. They call at - and as late as - at night.
