Prior complaint number is : # -. I also am aware their is a harassment lawsuit filed against Drive Time, in which they still are not following suit and are not compliant with. I am also aware of the - - - lawsuit, in which I believe Drive Time should be next for the suit description. I believe they discriminate on many aspects, such as race, age, and income. Are there even set credit tiers? Not to my knowledge. The interest and loan amount paperwork was not given to me.
