Vehicle lease Problems when you are unable to pay North Carolina

I leased a car from drive time in - of 2014, and I never missed a payment. I have it automatically taken out of my checking acct. We 'll on - - they only taken - dollars out when they should have taken - ... They stated that since my acct was old that they system kicks the acct number out ... I then called them backed and gave them my cc number and my debit card number when I spoke to an rep he stated that it did n't go through, but that 's a lie because money was on -. They repo my car and now I 'm paying over - dollars extra which to me not right they should make for the towing as it was there mistake.
