DriveTime Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Georgia
Some years ago my husband got a car from Drive Time which unfortunately was repossessed some years back. He ended up passing away last year. A few weeks back I was looking to co-sign for my son a car when and realized that Drive Time had just recently put on my credit report that the car was repossessed as if it just happened recently. On top of that I never co-signed for the loan as I had no source of income at the time but my husband. I am currently on a fixed income ( widows pension ) with Social Security and have tried numerous times to get in touch with Drive Time in order to get the paper work showing that I never signed on the loan but they have failed to come through as I just gets the run around with them and it has become so frustrated. This is not only a new burden I am facing but also brought my credit score to a low -. Thank you!
