DriveTime Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Alabama
I am a co-signer on a car from several years ago for my brother, he is behind on payments by 2 weeks until he get paid on Friday. They call twice a day and I even spoke to them, to let them know I had no money to give them because of my own student loans. I also informed them as soon as my brother he is paid, he will make a payment. Until then, please direct calls to him and that I had already left a message for him myself about drive time calling. This was at - - today and then at about - -, -, called back that very same day. When I called the company back to let them know I am getting several calls in the same day, not just one or two but sometimes it will be three or four if I am at work and can not answer like I did today. I got nothing from them but I understand you being annoyed, the operator could n't even set to where it would not call several times a day. She pointed me to her website to set up a time they could call,
of service. It is harassment, one call would be fine, but when you call twice a day AND you talked to the person already that day. IT serious stalking mode, when he is probably not that far behind on payments. If he was that far behind, why has n't the car been repossessed. The fact is I do not received the bill and since I am very cautious of companies, I refuse to pay anything if I had it to someone over the phone. They will be calling me tomorrow several times and I will fill out another complaint if needed.
