DriveTime Debt Collection Complaint

Auto Communication tactics frequent or repeated calls

DriveTime Debt collection department,

Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Minnesota

If the payment is not there immediately on the day it is due, regardless of the 10-day grace period or the fact that I have NEVER paid late in over a year, they call that day and every day until it is received. Payments are scheduled on paydays and it takes a couple of days to get the payment to them, so I have over 70 calls logged from them in the past year. I ca n't stand it! Give me a few ( 5-10 ) days grace period and THEN if I have n't paid, I understand a call, but this is utterly ridiculous!!!
