I went to drive time with my granddaughter to buy a car. I was told I had to " cosign '' for her. She did not make timely payments however has paid - more than if she had. This has my credit looking very poorly. Drive time refuses to sent me itemized statements. And to top it off I was told I was n't a " cosigner '' at all. Her names nowhere on the contract yet she signed the same paperwork I did.
