Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas

I sumbitted a complaint against drivetime reporting againt my credit bureau report inaccurately and they responded back that they would remove their tradeline from my credit report but it is still showing. I have disputed with the bureaus with the letter drivetime provided that they will remove but its still reporting.
