DriveTime Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Texas
I have filed several complaints with the CFPB including disputing the last response to my last complaint.I have had an ongoing dispute with Drivetime over the condition of the vehicle that was sold to me in - 2015. We started having trouble 2 weeks after the purchase it has been in the shop over 15 times and we discovered the inside of the seats are completely rusted. We were advised a 3rd party inspector said that it is surface rust. we have taken it to 3 different establishments all at the direction of Drivetime. 2 of them advised the rust was excessive and it appears to have water inside the vehicle at some point due to the rust and mold. well finally we were advised to to take it to - who could not do anything because they are a BODY REPAIR shop. Well then the 3rd party person comes out make the claim that is just surface and that 's it. They will not accept photos from me, but expect me to go with their final decision after they kept running me around until they got the answer they wanted.
