I purchased a vehicle from the - drive time dealership and was cheated out of my money. I 've have had this vehicle for two years and was never provided a title. I have been basically bad mouth, insulted and mistreated by their customer relations department. I have now file a complaint with the state attorney general 's office as well as the department of motor vehicles and the - and the CFPB. Your customer relations department never offered me an option and is now trying to settle under the table even though I 've requested an arbitrator to have this placed on record. After doing a vin check I found that the title has a lien against it. I have gotten multiple tickets and fines for failure to register the vehicle and was told by the state highway patrol to stop driving the car. Your dealership sold me a car even though my license was revoked and expired, took my down payment and had the - fraudulently sign off on the deal. Drivetime never offered to put me in another vehicle, or fix the situation and in fact started to become rude as if I was bothering them. It

Your company is trying to steal my money by taking the car back, erasing my good payment history, keeping my down payment and basically putting me on the street in a worst situation than I was in before dealing with them. I am asking you in good faith to refund my down payment and I will not pursue any other avenues. This has also been communicated to the local media as well.
