Drivetime sold us a lemon. There have been over - repairs starting from the second week we had the vehicle. We then discovered major rust INSIDE THE SEATS of the vehicle and advised them of this. They sent us to - places to have them look at it. First they had us take it to - -. They confirmed there has either been water inside the vehicle at some point or it was under water. Well ironically they could never get the report from - - supposedly although we have our copy of the diagnostic report. So they then had us take it to - - and their report basically reiterated the same issues and they were not happy with that. So they then had us take it - ( why I do n't know, they do auto body repair ) and when I arrived they looked at me like I was crazy when I told them why I was there and said they did not handle issues like that. I advised I was told to take there and I was leaving it there and for them to work that out with Drivetime. It was there for over a week

told me a 3rd party was going to look at it. Keep in mind this now been over 3 weeks without the truck AGAIN!!! I then receive a call a week later ( now we are at 4 weeks ) that the third party only found surface rust that is normal for a 10 year old vehicle. IMMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! The inside of the seat is exposed and it is completely, that is not surface rust, plus there is mold! Drivetime continues to tell me what the report said! So I ask did they provide pictures? And they said no, only the report. So I ask could I send the pics that I have and I was advised no they had to come from a facility or 3rd party ( how convenient )! When I went to pic the truck up from - and ask for a receipt they advised they only stored the unit they did nothing! They apologized again but advised there was nothing they could do because they are a body repair shop and did not understand why I was directed to bring it there. They also stated the 3rd party would not talk to them and that they saw the rust in the seats that were exposed and that is not normal. AGAIN IT HAS BEEN UNDER WATER OR WATER INSIDE THE VEHICLE! They also stated that could be the reason all the mechanical trouble we have had from week 2 of getting it and that Drivetime is trying to not take a loss and basically giving it to me and I need to not let this ride. I totally agree and feel like they purchased a bad vehicle and just do not want to take a loss at me expense! Not going to happen!!!! They had us take this truck to 3 places until they got the answer THEY wanted! Not to mention all the issues I had had with the past mechanic that they SUGGEST you take it to in order to pay your $100.00 deductible. I am in shock that I can not provide my proof which are photos but I am expected to go with what your 3rd party says in the report that did not provide VISUAL proof! Bottom line I was sold a lemon and they refuse to make this right! Not to mention the trip to - - cost me $160.00 out of pocket and $50.00 out of pocket to -. Only to be told it had to had to go to -!!!!!
