After driving the car for 3 years and bettering my credit I traded it in. The dealer that I traded to took awhile to send the payoff so my account was marked with my first late payment. Since this time I have made monthly on-time payments via direct debit from my checking account. These on-time payments are not being reported to any of the credit bureaus. I 've contacted DriveTime about this issue and they told me they were having a dispute with the credit bureaus and once this was resolved my account would be reported. They have not honored their agreement to report this financed purchase to the - main credit bureaus. I have made repeat calls on this issue for over one year and it still has not been resolved.
