Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay South Carolina

Drive Time has to be the worst company by far. After being harassed the first time around the company still can not get it together. I had to put money in to my car which my warranty did not cover, I faxed all the information requested months ago for deferments which the people I spoke with several times had stated was approved. But due to a payment becoming a few days late because my account was froze due to fraud they did not process the deferment. Which is causing it to show that I am behind $700.00 + on my credit report. So when I contacted them again after numerous times of keeping in contact they told me to call back at the beginning of the month to start the deferment process over again. Well I called today and of course they could n't do it for the full amount they stated they would before and I have to fax where I had the repairs done again with the receipts ( which I do not have because I already faxed in to them once ) before they would do anything. I advised her that I do not have those why did her company not keep them on file and she stated they have no place to store them. Company 's usually keep records of these types of things but apparently not drive time. They go out of there way to make it difficult for anyone. Granted I have had this car for almost 3 years and my loan has n't budged due to the interest they charge. The car is falling apart and the company refuses to work with you. They can just have the car back. Its not worth the hassle or the headache or $470.00 a month. All they do is take advantage of people and ruin there credit even more. I have recorded each call and plan on speaking with my attorney again due to this situation. Others should know how horrible of a company they are.
