I got a car from drive time and all they have been trying to do is run game on me and I 'm getting tired of it. The car I got from them had transmission problems and probably other stuff as well. The transmission had a recall on it, so I took it to - several times to get fixed, but I got frustrated and called - corporate office and told them what was going on and they supplied me with a code to get a new vehicle, which I was given. I called drive time to let them know what was going on with the vehicle and how I wanted to turn the vehicle and that the car they gave me was having issues, so I talked to a supervisor and she said as long as I turned in the recall info and how many times I took it too get fixed about it not affecting my credit, but I have n't heard anything from them. All I keep getting is the run around and no one knowing what I 'm talking about and I think they are trying to affect my credit, so they say keep the car until I hear from supervisor. Please help. I have made calls after calls. It has been a week and 3days and they keep saying I will hear something - and then the next day.
