Citibank consumers have reported over 350 official complaints related to Rewards. Out of the 350 consumer complaints against Citibank, 21% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Citibank responded to their complaint) and 99% were processed in a timely manner. 23% of consumer complaints against Citibank resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 21% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

March 13, 2017 - Citi Cards canceled my credit card without giving me any notice. The letter I got from them a week later was dated the day my credit stopped working. I was told by customer service the loyalty points I had accrued would be valid for 60 days but when I checked later on they were also canceled. August 21, 2016 - First, the credit card charged me a late fee for the card member fee. When I closed the account, my reward points disappeared. There was never an option to use the reward points on the website. Thank you. - -... |
