Citibank Credit card department,
I recently closed my Citi Premier credit card approximately 2.5 months ago and was never informed by the company that they would remove the Thank You Points in my account despite the fact that I have other credit cards with Citi that earn Thank You Points. I contacted Citi within a week of losing my points but Citi refuses to reactive the points. They refuse to allow me to speak with someone who makes these decisions and have provided no reason as to why they 've denied my request.
