Capital One Credit card rewards January 10, 2017 - I used my Capital One Reward Miles to the tune of - of them to purchase a package which included airline tickets and hotel. After waiting for several hours we were told the flight was cancelled. In conversations with Capital One they offered a flight two days later and also advised the return flight at the end of the week was also cancelled and they offered to replace that with a flight two days later as well.
