Citibank Credit card department,
I had this Costco - card for more than a decade. Nice wonderful card. Last year the card was converted to Citi Visa card. They messed up from day one. Messed my first and last name. I have to do follow up and get it fixed. Now it 's the annual reward statement during month of -/-/2017. I did n't received it - every time they will just send the statement but not this reward certificate. I have to follow up multiple times and asked them if they can directly credit my credit card but not ready for that also. It 's total waste of time and efforts. Is Costco/Citi paying me interest of 25 % on this money because of this delay?
