Citibank Credit Card Complaint

Rewards

Citibank Credit card department,

Rewards North Carolina

Citibank removed all my points from my Thank You Rewards account. I earned points through multiple Citi Fwd credit cards, as they changed numbers throughout the years. I tried logging in to my account, but my login was denied. I then called Citibank, talked to supervisor -, who is based in Kentucky with ID -. He told me my account was closed and it was " inactive '', claimed Citibank " sent a letter '' saying my account would be closed, but was not able to say when the letter was sent nor had a way to track it. I told him I never received a letter or email or call or anything. He then offered to credit my account " in - points, which is about half of the points ''. I rejected the " offer '', telling him that by accepting it I would be in line with Citibank 's actions, which I 'm clearly not. I told him I wanted nothing more, nothing less than the points I 'm entitled, which I earned by spending money on the card since 2009. There are at least a couple of cards that earned credits, ending in - and -.
