Citibank Credit card department,
I opened a credit card - years ago with CITI. They promised to give me - for every dollar I spent. About a month ago I got a letter from - that they are shutting down my rewards account and taking away all my rewards claiming that I violated the terms of their program. I had over $ - rewards worth $4200.00. I could have used a cashback card or any other rewards card to receive rewards/cash on my purchases. I continue to use the CITI business card for our business and we are losing money we could have received every month
