I would like to redeem my cash back of - on my Citi card. However, I was told be an operator that I ca n't redeem something I 've earned. I was n't aware of a level that has to obtained before I can use them. I was n't told that verbally when I signed up for the card. My -, - - and - cards do n't have minimal cash back thresholds!
