I have a " Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi ''. The card is advertised as being " cash back ''. However, the they do not provide " cash ''. Apparently they send a Costco voucher per their customer service department. I say apparently as they only send this voucher one time per year, in arrears, of course. This Costco voucher can only be redeemed at Costco while cash can obviously be used in many other ways.
