Citibank Credit card department,
- -, 2016 Dear Madam/Sir : I ( - ) and my wife - - used credit cards issued by Citi cards. Citi bank and Citi cards closed our credit cards accounts without any reason. We have used the Citi credit cards for over 10 years and always paid the monthly payment on time. It is OK if they want to close our accounts. However, they removed all " cash rewards '' or " thank you points '' from the last statements of all our cards. This is unacceptable. We sent two letters to request for solving these issues. They responded that they can forfeit the " cash rewards '' or " thank you points '' upon closure. It is unfair. We are looking forward to getting helps or suggestions from you. We think there are maybe many other Citi cards clients were treated in the same way. We want you know these issues and help us to get necessary protection. I have enclosed copies of two statements ( last one and the last one having card reward value on it ) for each card, a letter from citi cards, two our letters to citi cards.
