Citibank Credit card department,
After closing my Citi Forward Credit Card, the Thank You Reward account associated with it was deactivated after 60 days and all the accumulated reward points were expired. I was never been verbally told or received any document in written about this fact. I contacted Citi customer service. The representative said there is nothing Citi can do about those points although they did n't do the obligation to notify me the policy.
