Citibank Credit card department,
I have had a Best Buy credit card for many years. It now goes through CitiBank. I charge about $3000.00 per month on this card and pay off the entire balance each month. The rewards program for the card promises 1 % or more in Best Buy rewards. Beginning in -/-/2016 I have not received any rewards for these outside purchases. I have reported the problem to Best Buy on - occasions beginning on -/-/2016. In each instance customer service tells me the problem with be resolved within - business days, but this never happens.
