Citibank Credit card department,
I have a Citi Prestige Card ( for which I pay $450.00 per year ) that rewards purchases in Thank You Points. The Thank you points can be used to purchase travel related items. In -/-/2016 I purchased two tours through the Citi Thank you Portal 1. Dinner Along the - - and 2. Spectacular -. I paid - points ( $130.00 equivalent ) for the first tour and - points ( $46.00 equivalent ) for the second tour. The tours were not as advertised. The first one did not provide the tour offered and the second one was cancelled by the vendor. I contacted Citibank upon my return on -/-/- by telephone. They assured be the points would be refunded. I contacted again the following week and got the same reassurance. I then contacted again at the end of -/-/- and spoke with supervisor - -. I have been in email contact with - - ever since. He called me on -/-/- to tell me that they agreed to refund the - by night tour and the points would be back in my account by the end of the week. I am still waiting. On -/-/- I was told via email that I would receive the points for the 2nd tour as well. I am still waiting. After numerous emails where I provided extensive documentation and phone calls I am still out of my points that I earned via an expensive credit card. I was cheated out of the tours I booked and now it seems I am not able to get my points/money back either.
