Citibank Credit card department,
I received an offer in the mail from Citi Bank for a new credit card. The name of the credit card was Platinum Select - - master card and the bank name is Citi. The offer stated that I was eligible for the credit card and if I spent $3000.00 in the first 3 months that I would receive - - miles. Since they sent me the offer I applied for the card. I was instantly approved for the card. I got the card and started using it. I spent over $4000.00 dollars on the card and I called in to see when I would get the - bonus miles and they said I would receive them soon. I called back a month later and they told me that I was not eligible for the - bonus miles. I just want Citi to stand up to their word and honor their commitment and give me the - bonus miles.
