Citibank promotes an - business card that promises to reward you a $99.00 companion ticket when you spend $30000.00 in one year. We met the spend requirement over - weeks ago. It has now been - weeks since we paid the annual fee for the second year with the card. We have made multiple requests for the reward for the $30000.00 spending for last year and never received any reward. Every time we called they said it should be there in another - weeks.
