Citibank Credit card department,
There is a $650.00 - phone offer on my Citi AT & T access credit card. After all the requirements were met, I still did n't get the reimbursement after more than three months. First of all, I, as a client, have met all the requirements specified in the offer. I have contacted the customer service for more than three times and each time they told me that all the requirements were met and I just need to wait for up to three months. I have a screen shot for the chatting history to prove my words. Such long time period already violated the longest waiting time written in the phone offer. Moreover, I called Citi bank today and they asked for the receipt of buying that phone for reimbursement. But the offer agreement did n't show that the customer should keep the receipt. It is already more than three months and I could n't find the receipt.
