Citibank Credit card department,
Citi Cards canceled my credit card without giving me any notice. The letter I got from them a week later was dated the day my credit stopped working. I was told by customer service the loyalty points I had accrued would be valid for 60 days but when I checked later on they were also canceled. From - I have gone to - point when I was told that I was welcome to use all of them before expiring 60 days after the card cancellation date. I have no debt, paid my bills on time and have very good credit.
