Citibank Credit card department,
Hi, I applied for the Citi - Honors Visa Signature Card on - - through a promotion I received via email to earn - - Honors points after spending $2000.00 on the card. I had the card previously, but I have just gotten a new job where I will be traveling quite a bit and figured the - card would be good to have once again. I read through the details of the bonus offer and realized it would still be possible for me to earn the bonus despite having had the card in the past. I applied, was accepted, and quickly met the bonus spending requirements on some gifts I needed to purchase. When I sent a secure message to confirm the bonus requirements and to confirm that the bonus was indeed tied to my account I was told I would not be receiving the bonus. I would just like to try and get - points that I applied for. I received a credit pull on my credit history to open this account and it would be a shame if I opened the card for an offer I thought I was eligible for but can not get through some error of Citi 's. I 've attached screen shots from my application process to confirm my information. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
