Citibank Credit card department,
i had a - account connected to my citi gold credit card, the account had around - aa advantage miles, i had trouble logging in to the - account so i called up - and they said they shut down my account. first of all i was never notified about it and i have not done anything against the terms and conditions to earn those miles.
