US BANK has sever offer online, but I opened credit card with them, I finish the requirement but they did not give me back the bonus. Now there are - accounts has offer I should get but I did not, it is all like spending - in 3 month and get - back. check on there website page online - ). and page ( - ). I 've chatted with customer service phone team, they did submit request for it, but they told me they need the fine print? It is absolutely public and everybody could access to that link and see the offer at the first place. $100.00 New Cardmember Bonus after you apply online and spend $500.00 in the first 90 days of account opening. And the marketing team give me back a saying that I should get - rewards, but that is actually regarding to the checking offer. My summer checking offer package. Code is -. After I mentioned that, they do not reply me as they do not have other excuse, yet they deny the deal and offer they should give to me. They obviously listed everything online loud and clear, I feel frustrated about their decision.
