Bank of America Credit card department,
I was on a - flight when the flight attendants offered an incentive program to sign up for a - Master Card to receive - FREE ROUNDTRIP TICKETS by redeeming - FREE points upon acceptance. When I tried to redeem my " FREE '' tickets, I found that it was more expensive to get them with free points than buying directly at retail price ( difference was $35.00 more after added $100.00 redemption fee and other extras that cost more than when buying a full price ticket ). When I called to complain they told me free tx had to be redeemed 6 months in advance and I should call Bank of America because they were not responsible Bank of America directed me to - and said they were not responsible
