Rewards Kansas

Barclay credit card states that I am to receive - pts per dollar spent at - hotels. I am only receiving - pts. I have called numerous times to resolve this issue. It was resolved a few months ago and I was awarded my earned - pts. It is now back to - pts, I have called and received case numbers ; however, no resolution.
